3 STEPS TO VOLUNTEERING

 

Step 1 - Complete the online application

• Tier 2 for classroom/PTO volunteer (no fingerprinting)
• Tier 1 for classroom/PTO & field trip chaperone (fingerprinting required)

Step 2 - Upload current TB Test/Questionnaire - Contact school for TB Test options

  Note:  TB Tests/Questionnaires are good for 4 years from the date read/signed. 

If you wish to chaperone on field trips (Tier 1), please continue to Step 3 below:

Step 3 - Obtain a fingerprint form from the Ocean View School District Office or Star View Office.   You will be provided with a list of locations to complete your fingerprinting. (Fingerprint clearances can take up to two week)                                                                                     

Note: Fingerprint clearances do not expire

Please wait for an email indicating that you are an approved volunteer.

After you are approved, please work with your child’s classroom teacher or our PTO for volunteering opportunities.
